30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you don’t find value in your CVG Flights Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase. To cancel your subscription and request a refund, please email us at support@cvgflights.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account.

Important: Canceling your subscription in your account dashboard does not automatically issue a refund. You must email us within the first 30 days to initiate your refund.

• All Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• To disable auto-renewal, email support@cvgflights.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
• You will continue receiving flight alerts until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will automatically end.
• Refunds can only be issued for requests made within 30 days of your first payment.
• We do not offer prorated or partial refunds after the 30-day window.
• Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
• If you signed up for a free trial, you may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
